What types of products does Heights District offer?

Heights District specializes in oversized, heavyweight streetwear — designs and drops you won't find anywhere else. We manufacture directly, so we keep quality premium and pricing fair. Every piece is made to order and printed by hand in Dallas.

What happens if my package is missing?

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they've been marked as delivered. We're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier, but we recommend using a secure delivery address, as porch theft is common.

How do I find my size?

Detailed size charts are on most product pages. For our drop-shoulder tees, we recommend sizing down. Product descriptions also note suggested sizing and what the model is wearing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Because every piece is made to order, we can't offer free returns — but we keep it simple: a flat $10 for a prepaid return label (or ship it back yourself for free), issued as store credit by default, or a refund on request. Exchanges are a flat $15, which covers shipping both ways. Please review the size charts before purchasing.

How do I start a return or exchange?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@theheightsdistrict.com and we'll make it right quickly.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Store credit is issued right away; approved refunds post within 10 business days to your original payment method, though your bank may take a little longer.

Are there items that can't be returned?

Sale items, custom products, and personal-care items are final sale and cannot be returned.

What shipping options are available?

Rates and delivery estimates show at checkout. Orders over $125 ship free. Every order is made to order and processes within 1–3 business days before shipping via USPS.
