Shipping Policy

At Heights District, every order is made to order — printed by hand in Dallas — and we work to get it out to you fast. Here's how shipping works:

• Order processing: Orders are made and processed within 1–3 business days before shipping via USPS.
• Need it fast: Order before 10am CT on a weekday and we'll process it the same day.
• Delivery timeframe: Standard delivery runs about 5–7 business days after your order ships, though it often arrives sooner.
• Free shipping: Orders over $125 ship free. Rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
• Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Once an order has shipped we're not responsible for carrier or customs delays, but we'll always help however we can — just reach out at info@theheightsdistrict.com.
