Returns & Exchanges

ATTENTION:  A $15 dollar restocking fee is applied PER ITEM for all returns and exchanges.  

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered through UPS to your supplied address. 

We want you to love your purchase from Heights District. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 4-day return policy from the date of receipt of your item.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-refundable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items. Please reach out if you have concerns about a specific item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@theheightsdistrict.com

Missing Item/s:

Customers must report any missing items within 4 days of receiving their order. This 4-day window begins on the day the package is marked as delivered.

To report a missing item, please contact our customer service team at info@theheightsdistrict.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Reports made after the 4-day period may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.
