RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

ATTENTION: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.

We can provide a return label for $10 dollars if needed. 

Heights District is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by UPS to the address provided at checkout.

We want you to love your purchase from Heights District. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 4-day return window from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Heights District is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
