Returns & Exchanges Policy
Every Heights District piece is made to order — printed by hand in Dallas once you place your order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review sizing before purchasing.
Return & exchange window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, custom products, and personal-care items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns
Returns labels are flat fee of $10. Once we receive and inspect your item, you'll get store credit by default — or a refund to your original payment method, upon request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are a flat fee of $15, which covers your return label and a new label for shipping out your new item/s. Popular sizes move fast, so we recommend acting quickly.
Lost or stolen packages
Heights District is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, or for items lost in return transit. We recommend a secure delivery address and opting in to Navidium shipment protection at checkout for coverage against loss, theft, and damage.
